We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return products under the terms described below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must notify us of your decision to return by email within the 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, as appropriate.
