All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments through the methods provided at checkout. Payments must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order, not an acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within Latvia and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Latvian consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
